Valentines Dinner at Cholanad, 308 W Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC

So this was a surprise dinner organized by my husband on Valentines. I have to say I was really pleased. It was a pre- fixed dinner menu:
For starter drink I had Kam-roop which is vodka with orange juice and rimmed with red sugar crystals
For appetizer I tried Lamb and Dhal bites with tamarind sauce and my hubby tried Kerala Fish Fry with mint chutney


For soup I had spice bitten apple soup while hubby had Tamil style Crab soup and for the main course it was fish cooked in green sauce and tomato rice - yummmmy

My hubby Joe enjoying fish - we ended our dinner with Chocolate Martini and Mango Kulfi- in heaven  :)
