Had an absolutely great team dinner at BarTaco - I have dined her several times and have never been disappointed.
Cocktails like Margaritas and Mojitos are made from freshly squeezed lime as is evident from the large squeezer you see at the bar. One of my absolute favorites here is the grilled corn with  lime, cayenne, and "cotija" cheese and the spicy churizo taco.On the table are three salsas: rojo (mild), verde (extremely tasty, some heat) and the yellow habanero sauc (extremely hot!) and can be added to almost any dish to spice up your dinner.

My brother in law- Jofi booked my Sister Rachel and I for a special lunch treat at the fabulous French Restaurant in Reading - here are some pictures and menu of what we ate

This is an absolutely amazing Italian Restaurant in West Hartford, CT. I have been to this place quite a few times with my colleagues Nicholas and Doug and have not regretted the food and drinks. They have awesome collection of wines and cocktails. I have tried every single Salumi, Formaggi and Mozarella this place offers. All their pastas are handmade and fresh.

Here are some pictures of dishes we tried which includes veal, lamb chops and Maltagliatti - pasta with butternut squash, mushrooms and truffle oil and side of Poblano peppers. For wine we ordered Mebbiolo 2010 and Serradenari. Ended our meal with Fig Ice Cream

Valentines Dinner at Cholanad, 308 W Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC

So this was a surprise dinner organized by my husband on Valentines. I have to say I was really pleased. It was a pre- fixed dinner menu:
For starter drink I had Kam-roop which is vodka with orange juice and rimmed with red sugar crystals
For appetizer I tried Lamb and Dhal bites with tamarind sauce and my hubby tried Kerala Fish Fry with mint chutney

For soup I had spice bitten apple soup while hubby had Tamil style Crab soup and for the main course it was fish cooked in green sauce and tomato rice - yummmmy

My hubby Joe enjoying fish - we ended our dinner with Chocolate Martini and Mango Kulfi- in heaven  :)
